The company was founded in 2002 and since its inception it dealt with provision of services related to investment and commercial banking. Over the past 10 years we have completed dozens of projects in areas such as: direct capital investments, advising boards on building a development strategy, advising during introduction of companies to the Stock Exchange in Warsaw, restructuring of companies, broking in capital transactions in the financial market, advising on obtaining financing and during its restructuring.

Many of the projects that we have completed were individually prepared for our partners with whom we had a chance to cooperate. Our advantage is the ability to listen, evaluate and “sew” the product based on the individual project.
